Whole egg, which is approximately 24%
DM (Dry Matter), could be concentrated at 36%, reducing volumes by 1/3.

For example: if we had 3000 liters/h
we would have 1000 liters/h of water extracted from the RO (reverse osmosis)
and then 2000 liters/h of product to send to the dryer.

With this new technology you can
save a lot of fuel: you can save about 60 square meters of gas per hour,
in addition to a double increase in production capacity.  You can get 85% more yield with the
dryer already installed.
