How projects are created

We start from the understanding of all the customer needs and the project scope.

Our engineering team then will develop accordingly the best solution and we support the customer through all the project time line, from specifying the building design and finishes, room layout specification according room segregation concept (low-medium-high risk) and all the other technical information the customer may require.

Then we can propose the equipment to process eggs from the hens house to the egg powder station.

Complete plants are composed by:

breaking equipment, filtering, cooling heat exchangers, storage tanks, pasteurizer, concentration equipment, liquid filling, spray dryers, central CIP and utilities equipment on demand.

The most innovative egg processing solutions can be adopted that includes: whole egg concentration, RF pasteurization...

Automation level and customization is the most advanced in the industry.

 

How project are managed

Once the order has been placed, the Pelbo project manager takes over and leads the project until the system is ready for hand-over to the customer. He plays a pivotal role in defining the details, lining up various departments and coordinating our own (customized) work and integration with third-party and/or Pelbo&Moba equipment. We have highly skilled integration projects leaders for the detailed technical design and integration of equipment and functions.

The project manager prepares and monitors the installation, commissioning and hand-over to the customer of the new system in close coordination with our service team and the customer. A lead service engineer is assigned to every project, who acts as the site manager and liaises between the customer, our service team and project manager.
